·         Customers may make an offer on eligible sale stock.

·         If your offer is equal to or greater than our recorded cost price, we will accept it.

·         “Cost price” means the cost recorded in Auto Gear Wallan’s system for the product at the time the offer is made.

·         Our cost price is commercially confidential and will not be disclosed.

·         One offer per customer, per product, for the duration of the sale. Once an offer has been made on a product, that customer may not make another offer on the same product during the promotion.

·         All offers are subject to staff verification before being accepted.

·         Offers are for in-stock items only and are subject to availability.

·         Items already on sale, clearance, promotional pricing or otherwise discounted are excluded from this promotion.

·         Obvious pricing, product or system errors are excluded.

·         Offers cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion or account pricing.

·         No holds, rainchecks or special orders at the offered price.

·         Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are excluded for items purchased through this promotion.

·         Auto Gear Wallan reserves the right to exclude selected products from the promotion.

·         Auto Gear Wallan reserves the right to refuse or decline any offer or purchase at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

·         All accepted prices include GST where applicable.

·         Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

·         Offers must be made and accepted during the promotion period only.
