OUR LOCATION

In the heart of Wallan, approximately 40 minutes north of Melbourne CBD.
Surrounding suburbs we could happily service include: Beveridge, Darraweit Guim, Chintin, Springfield, Bylands, Wandong, Heathcote Junction, Upper Plenty and Glenvale.

Change of mind:

·       Accepted only within 7 days of purchase.

·       Receipt required.

·       Goods must be in re-saleable condition – determined by us.

·       Exchange only for items over $50.

Not Returnable items:

·       Batteries.

·       Electrical items where package has been opened.

·       Special ordered items*

 *Some exceptions may apply at our discretion. Some items may incur a re-stocking fee.

We reserve the right to change and/or deviate from this policy at any time.

 

Your rights under Consumer Law:

If an item has a major problem, you are legally entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

If the problem is minor, the retailer can choose to repair, replace, or refund the item.

Proof of purchase is required.
